Custom Orders

All items listed on our website are available in standard sizes and diamond specifications. However, should you require a particular size, metal or diamond specification not available, we offer the option to customise and create the item to your requirements.

In instances where the item specified is unavailable and customisation is required, kindly note that crafting these items to order requires additional time, typically taking 15-20 days for production and delivery. It’s important to also note that all custom orders are non-refundable due to their personalised nature. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on custom-made items. We strongly advise reviewing all specifications and details meticulously before finalising your custom order or calling us to confirm any concerns you have. However, in the case of ring resizing, should the product not fit upon receipt, we are happy to discuss resizing.

Please note that the responsibility for postage associated with returns and resizing lies with the customer.

Premade Stock Items

For items purchased from our standard inventory, we extend a 30-day refund policy. Should you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. It’s important to note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds for circumstances such as resizing, defects, faults or if the product does not match its description. However, refunds are not applicable for change of mind.

Refund Procedure

To request a refund for our premade inventory items, please contact our customer service team at 02 9635 5001 or [email protected] with your order details and reason for the refund request. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on returning the item(s). Please ensure the item(s) are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be issued for pre-made items that are returned in their original condition and purchased online.
  • Custom orders, sale items, and clearance items are not eligible for refunds unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • Items purchased in store are not eligible for refunds.
